So we thought about helping you get new clients or surprise the ones you already have with a surprise Enco Tip: how to make your own sprinkles for your decorations. And it’s easier than it sounds! Let’s find out together.

So as you know, our Royal Icing mix can be made in 3 consistencies, Flood, Medium and Stiff. On this occasion, we’ll be using our Stiff consistency. To get it, we’ll need to beat 1.1 lb of Royal Icing with 2.5 oz or 5 tbsp of water for 1-2 minutes. After this, your stiff consistency will be ready. Stay tuned to see our other consistencies in action!

Once you have your stiff consistency, you can paint it in any colors you want. Remember to use more than 1 color to have different kinds of sprinkles. And now, for the final step: Place your icing on a piping bag and make straight lines on wax paper. Then, let them rest and once they are dry, break them. Yes, break them!
