Step 1 & 2.
Place some film paper across your table. Make sure it's well spread. Then, begin placing straight lines with your meringue painted with your favorite Enco gel food colors.
Step 3 & 4.
Cover your meringue lines with the film paper. Then leave a corner open so the mixture can come out from the piping bag.
Step 5 & 6.
Pick the tip you want to use and place it in your piping bag. Then put inside the bag the meringue lines covered in the film paper.
And once you press it, you’ll have an amazing multicolored decoration in your cupcake or cakes. From here it’s up to your imagination, so try it out and begin making decorations to add to your amazing creations.
