So hear us out for a moment, we have an idea you might like. Are you ready? Here it comes. Adding meringue…into your buttercream. It’s actually a good thing! And because we know that the favorite frosting to cover cakes is buttercream, we found out a way to improve it. So stick around to find out.
First of all, if you don’t properly have a buttercream recipe, you can check out ours by clicking here! We actually put our Enco meringue powder and its benefits in there but we’ll also tell you all about it here. Once you have your buttercream ready, is when you’ll add a tbsp of meringue powder.
Why would you do this? Easy! If you add a bit of our meringue powder, you can make your buttercream more stable and make it resistant to high temperatures.
